New USCIS guidance on O-1B, Examples of Evidence Added to the USCIS Policy Manual

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has released updated policy guidance clarifying the evaluation of evidence for determining eligibility of O-1B nonimmigrants in the arts and nonimmigrants in the motion picture or television industry.

Included in the policy updates is a chart in the appendix that outlines examples of evidence that can satisfy the O-1B evidentiary criteria, along with relevant considerations for assessing such evidence.

USCIS makes this new guidance effective immediately. New guidance is contained in Volume 2 of the Policy Manual, and supersedes any prior guidance on the subject. Further details can be found in the Policy Manual.
