Mr. Arutunian led start-up and foreign companies through the establishment of U.S. operations, advised large and small companies on hiring of H-1B, L-1, TN and E-3 professionals, and assisted employers with filing of green card applications for their employees in compliance with USDOL and USCIS regulations. 

Mr. Arutunian advised individuals seeking family reunification in family-based green card applications of all categories under U.S. Immigration Laws. Including marriage and K-1 fiancé(e) petitions, and petitions for parents, children, and siblings. He also helped countless clients through all steps of consular processing and visa interviews and through many other issues relating to U.S. immigration.  

Mr. Arutunian received his J.D. magna cum laude from The State University of New York at Buffalo Law School, where he was the recipient of the Dean’s scholarship and the Robert J. Connelly award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. He also volunteered as a mentor for the Lawyers for Learning program at Buffalo public schools and studied international law and European Union law at the University of Oxford in England.
